A Love Affair Between Bias Amplifiers and Broken Noise Sources

George Teseleanu

Abstract: In this paper, we extend the concept of bias amplifiers and show how they can be used to detect badly broken noise sources both in the design and production phases of a true random number generator. We also develop a theoretical framework that supports the experimental results obtained in this paper.
