      <description><![CDATA[The proposed cipher is an 'enhancement' of the previous Henkos cipher which is broken by a resynchronization attack.

This cipher doesn't have an IV, thus cannot be subject to differential attacks.

In a cipher without IV, the key may only be used once.

Please don't waste time and don't add noise to the server by posting a cryptanalysis.]]></description>
