I want a question about its security proof. What does "q" mean when we want to prove a method is (t,e,q)-secure.
and in the theorem 3.2 in this paper GOH has PROVE that if f is a (t, e, q)-psedo-random function, then z-idx is a (t, e, q/2)-IND_CKA index. How can we calculate q/2 ?
why is it q/2 ? Why is not is q ?
