Abstract: The paper is withdrawn. As communicated to us by C. Dwork, M. Langberg, M. Naor and K. Nissim [1] the protocol as presented in the paper is not sufficient to prove the claims. We gratefully acknowledge the authors of [1] for pointing out this error to us.
